Valentines Day is approaching and love is in the air!
PegCity Raids and its partner Pokémon GO Winnipeg are pleased to announce the PegCity Valentines Day Scavenger Hunt.

Trainers will work to complete 14 Valentines Day Themed Scavenger Hunt Quests

Contest Rules and Eligibility Details:
-AFTER you complete the fourteen scavenger hunt items, post your completed photo submissions UNDER THE PEGCITY VALENTINES DAY SCAVENGER HUNT EVENT ON THE WINNIPEG POKEMON FACEBOOK GROUP.
-Participant photo submissions will be eligible from FEB 10th to 16th, 2018.
-Some photo submissions will can fulfill multiple scavenger hunt quests, that is on purpose.
-ALL screenshots must be dated between Feb 10th and 16th, 2018.
-The Valentine Pokémon you choose must be caught and named between Feb 10th and 16th, 2018.
-No obscene or adult content please.
Prize Draw Details:
Completed entries submitted to the PEGCITY VALENTINES DAY SCAVENGER HUNT FACEBOOK EVENT will be entered a raffle and become eligible to win one the prizes noted in the Prizes section above.
Prizes and winners will be chosen by raffle to determine winners.
The draws will take place on Feb 18th, 2018 11:45AM at Upper Fort Garry Provincial Park (130 Main St, Winnipeg, MB).
Prize winners not present will be contacted after February 18th.
Prizes will be available on site and winners not present must make their own arrangements to pick up prizes (if not claimed immediately).

Raid Parade:
Immediately after the draw, Legendary Raid Parade 7 will begin and our groups will roam the streets of PegCity in search of for the newly arrived Legendary Raid Boss Rayquaza.

The Scavenger Hunt List:
1) I Choose You Valentine: Take an AR picture of a Pokémon you capture during the Pokémon Go Valentines holiday event. Name that new Pokémon a Valentine themed name. You will walk and play with your ‘Valentine’ friend as much as you like during this years holiday event. Do not use a Legendary Pokémon as they won’t be able to ‘rest’ in a gym.
2) Forget Me Not: Take a picture of your new Valentine as your walking buddy! You will need a picture before you walk them AND a final picture of it on the 16th with its total kilometers walked. DO NOT power or evolve your Pokémon, it’s CP must remain the same at the start and end of the event for you to qualify for prizes.
3) Love Thy Self: Take a screenshot of your avatar standing with your Valentine in your best Valentines outfit.
4) A Little R & R: Take a pic of your valentines resting in a gym for over 8 hours.
5) The Olive Branch: Take a selfie with a player or friend(s) from another team (red, blue, yellow)
6) Your Fellow Trainer: Screenshot a raid or battle with your Valentine and at least 2 other trainers.
7) Rose Colored Pokdex: Capture 12 Pokémon that are pink and/or red in coloring (Example: Jiggly Puff, Snubble, Clefairy, etc).
8) Bulba-Bouquet: Capture 12 Pokémon or their evolutions that have flowers (Bellsprout, Bulbasaur, Oddish, Chikorita, Hoppip, Sunkern, Roselia, etc).
9) The Straying Lover: Take an AR picture with your choice of a captured Pokémon during the event. Wow us with your favorite capture this week folks!
10) Mama Kangaskhan: Hatch 1 egg of any kind during the event.
11) Feast D’amour: Place your Valentine in a gym. Give berries to your valentine until the Pokémon is super happy and take a screenshot of the message saying the Pokémon is happy.
12) A Walk in the Park: Take a screen shot of your Valentine with at least 2 Kilometers walked. Bonus! If your Valentine is a shiny, you need not complete this task!
13) In the Pursuit of Shininess: Screen Shot a shiny Pokémon in a gym with your Valentine. Yes, if your Valentine is a shiny, a picture in a gym is all you need.
14) Broken Heart: Take a of screenshot of your fainted Valentine.
