Today, with windy weather being in play for the majority of the day, two Pokémon GO trainers in Winnipeg decided to attempt to duo Latios. While it was a nailbiter, they managed to duo a Latios with no time remaining.
Trainer CupIsHalfEmpty recorded footage of the duo. The moveset for Latios was Dragon Breath and Solar Beam. For added challenge for trainers willing to attempt duo Latios in the wind, try a Psychic or Dragon Claw moveset.

Yesterday, three Pokémon GO trainers in Winnipeg managed to trio three Latios of each charge move (Dragon Claw, Psychic, and Solar Beam)!
Trainer CupIsHalfEmpty recorded footage of the Solar Beam trio, where an elapsed time of 243 seconds is currently the 2nd fastest recorded Latios trio takedown in the world with no weather boost.
